Unless I'm not reading the rules to this contest right I believe that some of the horses have been entered incorrect. They would be horses in the following stables.

"Raz" Track 59 is Ireland
"teddy" track 84 is South Africa, plus it's a Tuesday race which under the guidelines does not qualify in this contest. Also one of your horses last week was entered at Hong Kong.
Sorry to point this out but rules are rules.

Auction Contest 2489-2503

1st Place = 300 credits
2nd Place = 200 Credits
3rd Place = 100 Credits

Only Saturday races count and it's all American Division Tracks
EXCEPT for Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Argentina
Only 1 stable winner per resident

You are right Sal--- I originally had my horse entered in a Saturday contest but he did not draw in so I found a Tuesday race for him. In any event he ran to his price of $1 and is no threat in the contest. Bill, you can withdraw Lord Tarabash from the contest.

Yesterday I was a little quick to disqualify my horse from the auction contest. I have a little problem with this and will explain here. But please I am not trying to make a problem with you Bill or Sal. When a contest is posted in a thread the rules are usually put there. If you look at the Auction contest thread the rules are that you buy a horse at the auction for $1 and run him in the specified weeks. There is no mention of limitation of tracks or limitation of which days horse can run. In fact the only rule put in later was one horse per stable instead of 1 horse per resident. The page that you copied Sal was the contest result page where these rules were all of a sudden added in. I for one did not even notice those rules on that page as I usually just scroll down the list looking at the results. I had this problem with my Speed Rating contest where a member was wondering why a horse could be running on a non North American Track to which I replied that in my rules I did not specify which tracks to run at so that all tracks were acceptable. In my opinion the rules to a contest should be posted on the contest thread where it is introduced and not on a results page whereby a resident may have already bred or purchases a horse without the knowledge of the rules change. Like I have said though, this is my opinion and I will abide by whatever Bill decides as he did start the contest.

OK, here is the deal, since it wasn't stated in the rules, all tracks will be eligible but since it's my fault, I'm going to make sure that it will be taken care of. Here is an example of what I'll do. The top 3 from NA tracks will win the credits. Now, as far as the adjustment, The top 3 overall will win credits as well if they didn't race at a NA track

Horse 1 NA track 80 speed
Horse 2 NA track 75 speed
Horse 3 NA track 70 speed

Horse 4 Other track 76 speed
Horse 5 Other track 74 speed
Horse 6 Other track 65 speed

Horse 1 = 300 credits
Horse 2 = 200 credits
Horse 3 = 100 credits

Horse 4 = 200 credits
Horse 5 = 000 credits

I'm very sorry about this confusion but it is resolved now. SO, horses will be back to being eligible and all tracks and everyone will get paid correctly as how there were 2 separate rules.
