For finishing 2nd in the NAR invitational I need you to pick the conditions for January's race to be held on the last saturday in january.
The track will be OHIO as I believe we are going to be making that track our new home.

Ok how about a allowance 700* on the dirt at 7.5 furlongs for all horses three years old or older.
