I quite don't understand this penalty.

Low claim tag is 25k

I bought him in the auction for 10,001. It states that this is the claiming price.

If I run him in claimers, what is the least amount I can run him in so I don't get a BP penalty? Thanks alot.

Hi. If you drop down to no less then 70% of the penalty price then there is no penalty at all. So you can go down to $7,500 this time with no penalty. Then your new claim penalty price will be $7,500. after that you won't have to worry about it.

If you click on the "Ask" button from your stable screen, ont he left side you will see the claiming penalty price. I am constantly forgetting how much I paid for a horse, so this is an incredibly valuable addition for me.
