Is this contest not restricted to North American Tracks?
I noticed Mr Luckys Horse is running In Finland?
Just Curious I have horses that are not in the North American Circuit yet and was wondering about them.

I only restrict it to horses in your rez stables. It does not matter where you run them.
I think for now we are only using the North American Track restriction in the overall trainers contest to try to keep it with the theme of the residency.
If you want to change your entry just edit your previous post.
