The Ireland jockey, EC Doyle, takes a break from riding to scale new heights in Switzerland. In the same trip she did some paragliding, more rappeling, jumping from bridges, bathing in freezing mountain steams at midnight, and more. I'm just happy she didn't tell me about it till after she was back safe and sound...
And she is still working on that "black belt" and getting closer.
Honestly, I think riding some of those nags at the Ireland track is more dangerous.
