ok this forum is mostly for whoever wants to pick who they think will be the horse of the year this year after invasor's untimely retirement. my picks would be street sense, curlin, rags to riches, or conrithian if he runs in a straight line of course.

well i never said that the thread was limited to just top american racehorses. hey bjbandit is the stakes races in australian called graded stakes or group stakes?

Generally call them group races. Group 1,2 and 3 with stakes races called Listed Stakes.

i was waiting for runner called AUTHORIZED running saturday to be top english horse this year but guess not it got beat finshed second but i say it was the going guess i will look else where

well enjoy authorized while you can liddleski since darley stud brought him earliar this yr and more than likely he will arrive at their stud in england later this yr for stud duty as will street sense and hard spun at their american stud farm. and god only knows who else will join those three at stud. hopefully darley and coolmore wont buy anymore stallions till next year.

well i'll be hoping for authorized, yeats, dylan thomas, red rocks, and soldier of fortune to come to new jeresy for the breeders cup turf this year. it should be a great race if all of them show up.
