Happy New Year to everybody. Thank you for participating in the 2010 edition of the Equinics.
Please acknowledge receipt of this eamil so that I can ensure everybody is on the same page.
Most of the information on the 2010 Equinics is contained on the FAQs page:
www.pasturesofgreen.com/equinics/2010/faqs2010.html
As we get the information on the various pages we will open the link.
The entry page for the Equinics is here:
www.pasturesofgreen.com/equinics/equinics.html
And the entry page for the 2010 Equinics is here:

Sponsorship of the 2010 Equinics has been excellent, and as of this morning we only require 9190 credits to buy all the races:
www.pasturesofgreen.com/equinics/2010/support10.html
Thanks to all who have made a donation.
Once we have our ducks lined up we will be ironing out remaining details with Mike and asking him for prize credits. We will let you know the breakdown from 1st to 5th as soon as we know.
Each residency can enter one horse for each race. Track managers are the sole authority for determing eligibility for their residency.
Once you have selected your horses either send me an email with the horse name, number and race, or post it somewhere and send me a link, and I will generate the horse specific passwords. We had a number of entries last year from non-residency horses so we have been forced to go back to horse passwords. You can change your entries up until Sunday Feb 7th, but I would prefer to deal with only one person from each residency, so only the email address on the Participating Residency page can make changes to runners.
The earlier you get your entries to me the better - but I am putting a firm deadline of Feb 6 for your intial list. That gives you one day to make changes if you have to. Really, the sooner the better, so we can start filling out the race pages.
Each residency can name one race - in keeping with the We Are The SIM theme, we are making each race banner with a representative flag - see the example for Pastures (VERMONT) at this link:
www.pasturesofgreen.com/equinics/2010/races2010.html
So what I need from each of you is a flag, a race name, and a specific race, if you want one - first come first served on both the flag and the race conditions. I will also be asking some of the non-resident sponsors to name a race or two. (If anyone has the email for owlwhisper I would appreciate it if you get in touch with him and ask him to drop me a line at this email.)
Flags spoken for to this date are: Vermont, USA, Canada, and Saskatchewan.
That should be enough to get us started, if there are questions, feel free to ask away.
