i have 1 graded from my ohio stables


elvis victory he won the race last year and has been trained again for this but hes only rtg and four times hes ran rtg hes got crushed all them so not holding my hopes up for this but fingers crossed

I was thinkin' about it... But everything would need to be just right for me to take a 2yo colt from the UK all the way to SoCal... First of all, my horse, Sheik Djibouti, needed to come up Sharp... Nope, came up RTG.

I was also considering a 500k G1 in, and might have entered Sheik Djibouti at RTG there due to much lower travel cost... But the weather said 95% offtrack, so I decided to enter him in a NW2L allowance at dry Dubai and at least get an idea if 2-turning is okay for him. He's 5-1 in that race, 4127.5414

Well, my best finish was 6th so I'm not happy about that but I did get a stakes win to seal my 3 man win for the week. My stables did gain 1600 BP's....I think it might be time to start a little late breeding. ;D ;D

Sheik Djibouti won't be running at RTG again any time soon... His 4th of 5, beaten almost 4 lengths in his first 2-turner, wasn't totally awful, but it wasn't too good either. Besides, he came back "Little Groggy", something that hasn't happened before with this guy.
