Hello everyone,
I'm contacting you in an effort to get a Sim Hall Of Fame going. In my
opinion it's something that's long overdue. There have been a couple of
attempts in the past to get one going, but they never materialized. But
with your help the task should be a breeze.
Here's what I need from each of you at this point. I need one member
from each of your residency who would be willing to work on the project
as part of the Hall Of Fame committee. You can take on this
responsibility for yourself, or you can use any method you'd like to
select any member of your residency. It does not matter to me as long as
the person representing your residency is willing to put in the time.
What will be expected of this person? Not a whole lot. The first thing
we'll need to do is set up some guidelines for how we select horses.
Once that is done, I'll elicit some nominations form the Simwide
population. Then we'll all vote on who should be inducted. After that,
I'll need some volunteers to write articles detailing a HOF horse's
career and accomplishments.
Try and get back to me with your representative and their e-mail address
by October 20th.
