I HAVE BEEN PLAYING THE SIM FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW, AND I WOULD LIKE TO PASS ON THIS SUCESS STORY; LAST YEAR I CLAIMED A 3YO FOR $2500. IN HER FIRST RACE IN MY STABLE (VAWOMAN) SHE RAN A SP 77. AS THE RACES PASSED SHE STEADILY IMPROVED. SHE DIDN'T WIN MANY RACE BUT WAS ALWAYS IN THE MONEY ( SHE LOVES TO RUN 2ND OR 3RD) SO, I TRYED HER IN A SMALL STAKES RACE - FINISHED 3RD. MOVED HER TO A GRADE 2 - FINISHED 2ND (HER TIMES WERE IMPROVING). LAST RACE WAS THE GRADE 1 EQUINICS - FINISHED 3RD SP107. FROM A 2.5K CLAIMER TO THE EQUINICS !!! IF SHE WOULD OLNY LEARN HOW TO WIN MAGPIE FEVERLETS HERE YOUR SUCESS STORY

Very nice runner there!
I've been involved in the Sim since very near the beginning, and have had successes similar to this a few times, and have had the same type of thing happen with horses I've lost, too...
The biggest one I lost was a horse named Bird Penguin, who I got in one of my stables' Original Five... He ran well for me, but I just couldn't get him to win very often... For some reason, I chose to put him in the auction, sold him for a few grand, and forgot about him, until I noticed that he was in the Breeders Bowl Classic, a few years after I'd sold him off... He didn't win that race, but he won one other graded stakes and at least fifteen minor stakes after I'd sold him.
My biggest success story was a horse named Yoko Bone O. I claimed him for $10k from his debut, and ended up winning several stakes and making a Breeders Bowl appearance with him. He ran last that day, but he did win some $660k for me.
My biggest claiming success currently active for me has to be #103698 Banal Wells. Since I claimed him for $35k in July '07, he has run 11 times, reeling off five wins (one in a stakes) and four 2nd's.
