Mr Lucky if you go to manage stables and click on races that tells you how to enter.

I bid and sponsor a ton of races. First you must have credits naturally. Second you go to races link. Then click on bid sponsor. From there it's kind of self explanatory. If you need anymore help I'm here. I think I sponsored about 3 races this week. I usally do either New York, Kentucky or Eastern Kentucky. Although I will do New Jersey or the Maryland track once in awhile.

Sal, what are the advantages of sponsoring a race? I honestly don't know besides making sure your horse gets in. How much does it cost and how much is the purse?

I do it mostly to support this game I have played since week 47. Yes I am a very "ol' timer Also, it insures my horse getting in and getting the first jock I pick. I am in a heated trainers battle at Delpenn (which to me is now and always has been the best residency going). (It's been active since 1999) So I often sponsor a race to try and help one of my stables. If you click on Delpenn you will see that my "chas" stable is currently in the lead. That however will probably chance this week because that stable only has one runner going and I did sponsor that race. So I guess you can see what advantages it could have in that regard. The cost varies. Usually around 25 credits. Unless you have a special race which of course is more. Resident retricted races are quite expensive. However I have in the past sponsored one or two. I'm always willing to chip in with my share of credits if you choose to have a resident restricted race here in the future...
