Yes, I do it at times, but in all the times that I have.....I have only won 45 credits.

I'm probably confused here... but don't you win BPs for the 3-man and not credits? If that is so, BPs are not transferable, are they? Larry

Why you are at it why don't you go ahead and explain 3 man ...
*Disregard (I found it and read it).
So why doesn't this rez get together and run this. It sounds profitable and you only compete against yourself each week. Personally my stables would not add a whole lot to the mix but there are those here that seem to win a lot of races.
Mr. Lucky you may even consider starting a 3-man thread and make it so that only members can access it. Once all the line numbers come out we can discuss the best 3 man team for the week and sumbit it. It could be very profitable for members of the rez.
Just a thought.

I think Bigmike has a great idea in running a rez 3 man. I have only played it once or twice, I dont run many claimers or maidens so I never have the runners for a team. I remember reading a great article in the BB from a trainer (cant remember who) who had won it 3 times. Basically said you have to plan only for the 3 man and not worry about running the stables for anything else. Have all the horses in 3 stables training for a particular week and then go at it full bore. It also helps if you can have at least one lock, maybe a group runner dropping back to an overnight stakes so then you can load up in the other categories. If anyone is interested in the 3 man I highly recommend going through the bugler and digging up the article. I am keen to help out a rez 3 man if/when I have runners that are suitable. Brendan

I do it at times, although recently I've been too busy. Usually if I have several horses that seem to have a good shot, I'll give it a go. I'd be willing to help the rez or anyone here when I can.

Do we have enough volunteers to pick a stable and dedicate it to 3 man contests. If we can't get 3 or 4 of us to dedicate a stable to 3 man then us competeing well will be hard. You would need to set it up so that you train that stable to run the same week. If there is interest I would be willing to dedicate a stable to this. Heck I will dedicate the best one I got. Nothing else brewing to good for me anyways.
