OK people i want a little help here ive never bred a HEMARE before so i have a few planned for next year yous think its a good move to breed a HEMARE or just breed to filly let me know your veiws thx

Mark, I think breeding with hemares is definitly worth it, providing you are getting value. The Sire and DS (which become the DS and DDS) have to be first class to make up for the 250pt penalty. If you have a very well bred horse then it can be a cheap way of breeding a blue blood. I would check the ticker prices out and decide whether it was worthwhile. Of course there are always going to be a few favourtie horses you own that you will breed with regardless but in the main I think that is the way to approach it.
